Two dollars for a soda? Ten bucks for an aisle seat? If you're confused about airline fees, we can help.
With our Airline Fees: The Ultimate Guide, you'll find a one-stop reference chart for every major airline fee from every major domestic carrier.
Best of all, you can download the airline fees chart in PDF format at no charge. Because unlike the airlines, we don't make you pay for things that ought to be free.

once again, an amusing article.
!) updated? they have 15 airlines on the first chart and 14 on the next.
2) charges for sodas and beverages are not fees (they ought to be free? since when?) Maybe they should just add an alocholic beverage surcharge on EVERY ticket--that would make Friends of Bill a little twitchy. Why not have them add a chip charge and see if Michelle Obama thinks that's ok (or will Congress have to go to work on something important?)
"unlike the airlines, we don't make you pay for things that ought to be free."
Then airlines should charge everyone for ALL the things on a ticket, whether passengers want them or not. Ticket prices will increase up to 50% more to cover the disparity.Last edited by kyshel; 11-28-2011 at 02:54 PM.
