Actually staying home, which is somewhat rare for us, but this holiday is the worst for me to fly standby!
So...I have an international dinner planned:
Adobo Turkey (made my own marinate w/dried ancho and guajillo chilis!) w/spciy chili gravy
Choritzo Cornbread stuffing
Cranberry/Vidalia Onion Chutney
A few American side dishes and
French Macaroon Cookies (saw them all over Nice last week--so cute and easy!!)

Having dinner with the mother-in-law (ouch)
Would rather stay home and just veg out in front of the TV but she gets whiny if we do not come over for each and every holiday

Driving down to the Bay area (California) to spend the holiday with relatives. Hopefully, our cold weather will continue and the freeway will be closed so I can stay home and watch football all day Thursday and then my number one ranked Ducks on Friday!
Kyshel, I really like the menu you have planned. We used to make turkey with a different international theme, along with matched side dishes, but recently we've been brining our bird overnight and then cooking it on the BBQ. We always have a delicious bird. French macaroons are delicious and fairly easy to make. I've used a recipe from epicurious and it may be the same one. Remember to serve them straight out of the refrigerator. They're actually better eaten cold.

Heading to Philadelphia this morning after the gym. Snow, sleet, and rain in the foreceast...YIKES!!! Still better than our relatives in Seattle and Northern Arizona. They already have the cold and snow!! Cheers everyone!!!!
