Anyone else experiencing a glitch in the system?

Good day to you fellow travelers. I am trying to bid on a couple auctions and I am not being allowed to select the travel period. The pictures for each property are not loading either (except the first one that comes up). Is it just me or is it a problem with the system? It has been going on for about 36 hours.

I hope this issue gets solved soon..... I need my travel fix!

I am having issues with the Nafplia Palace Hotel and the Naxian Collection Luxury Villas properties, but is seems to be the case with all auctions. Now it's letting me select the date but it is not updating the starting bid specific to that time frame/property. Has anyone ever called in a bid?

I just tried selecting a time period for Nafplia Palace Hotel and had no problem. Of course I didn't actually bid. I selected each of the time periods and the starting bid for each one updated correctly.

Don't know what to suggest....maybe log off, close your browser and start again. Sometimes some features don't work with certain browsers....maybe try a different one.....Firefox.....Chrome.

Did you try clearing your cache?

I checked the indicated auctions and had no issues.

I don't think you can place a telephone bid (most everything is automated), but you should consider calling the office and explaining your problem.

I'm positive someone will assist you.
