anyone else had trouble using their VIP cert?

Hi all,
I just won a 2nd package to Nicaragua and when I bid I put in my VIP cert number and all seemed well, however, when I won the auctin and got the receipt I noticed that the certificate amount did not post - called the concierge, gave the ticket ID# and they said they had no record of my putting in the certiifcate number while bidding - I know I did!
This is the 2nd auction this has happend to me on - so I have to call and keep checking my credit card statement to make sure the $250 gets refunded - anyone else have this problem?
