04-18-2011, 11:46 AMWell, it's nice to know the Federal Aviation Administration is taking their time and not speaking too soon and possibly spending more of my tax money.
Maybe a Congressional Hearing would be in order to really look into this incident.
I'm sure many of us who fly frequently often notice these regional jets just erupting into an unexplained spins and sometimes striking another fixed object.
I am certainly cautious when preparing to board a regional jet to sneak up to the stairway before I am discovered!
p.s. Careful, kyshel, don't roll into anything and injury yourself.

The demand for the Lufthansa A380 better than expected
Lufthansa will add two additional A380s to its fleet. Lufthansa says passenger demand for A380 flights has exceeded its expectations. Reuters notes Lufthansa's order comes "in the face of growing warnings about the European economy," adding that it "underlines forecasts that aircraft demand will remain resilient thanks to emerging market growth and the urgent drive by many airlines for fuel savings. It is the latest step in our ongoing strategy of deploying a modern fleet in terms of fuel efficiency, operating costs, noise and emissions," Lufthansa says in a statement.
The Lufthansa Group is the biggest Airbus operator worldwide with more than 368 Airbus aircraft currently in service.
Has anybody here flown on a A380 yet........or will be flying on one soon?
