ANYONE HAVING YAPTA PROBLEMS?

I went to YAPTA's website yesterday to track a flight that I had purchased two months ago, but I got a message that there's a problem and I should come back in a few days. I went to he website again today and got the same message. Is anybody else having problems with the website?

f.y.i...YAPTA just completed a total overhaul of their web operations (growth and expansion takes a toll). I checked all of my trips today and everything appears to be in order.

can you provide the yapta link again - I tried it when you 1st posted it but could never get on the site and now I don't have the link anymore

I gave it a few days, then tried to enter my confirmation code again, but it's still not working. The message was to try again in a few days, which is the same message that I got when I tried to track my flight a week ago.

I went on YAPTA yesterday and all was fine, of course, no refund due me but the site worked fine

I checked the site today, and it was working fine for me.

I tried to enter my flight information several times and wasn't able to do it. I e-mailed customer service and they promptly responded. They told me to e-mail them my information and they entered it. Great service!

Ok - so what is the deal with this Yapta site - the airfare is lower to my destination now than when I purchased but saying no refund due me - how does this work?
