I plan to share the trip to Jackson Hole's Snake River Lodge with my life-long freind who will have completed chemo and radiation treatments for her breast cancer by May. What activities in the area do you recommend that are not the high-adventure type?

at Happy Hour and celebrate with a few rounds of spirits! Not too much "high-adventure," but a great place to meet people and share some ideas for other things to do!

Hi marolyn,
What a great reason to celebrate! I also purchased a package to Snake River Lodge, going in March. We're mainly planning to ski, but we may have some other ideas after our trip. From years ago, I remember the town of Jackson had some nice shops and eateries.

omegaet, have you been to Jackson Hole? If so, I'd like to ask if you know of any vegetarian-friendly places to eat. That was my one disappointment when we were there years ago - trying to avoid the trophy heads in many (almost all!) of the restaurants. We're staying in Teton Village this time, and I'm thinking we'll mainly look for places right nearby. Any advice appreciated!
