Interesting Thread. Assuming it's illegal for US Citizens to visit Cuba, how does one go to Cuba without being detected by the US Government? I imagine they will stamp your VISA on your passport.
WHEN VISITING CUBA WITHOUT US PERMISSION, ONE BOOKS TRAVEL OVER THE PHONE & PAYS IN CASH ON DEPARTURE. ONE DOES NOT LEAVE ANY PAPER TRAIL. THE CURRENT PENALTY (I THINK) IS $65,000 PER PERSON. PERSONS GO FREQUENTLY FROM GRAND CAYMEN ON CAYMEN AIR. I ASSUME YOU SHOW YOUR PASSPORT, BUT DO NOT GET IT STAMPED. IT MAY JUST BE THAT IT IS NOT WORTH THE FINANCIAL PENALTY.
