Customer Service?
Is it best to work with the concierge service or property directly to check on availability???

Kudos to Carol at LL for jumping in to try to find a solution to my "issue." I know she will come through! I appreciate her being proactive and looking for options!!

I usually know before I bid on an LL auction approximately when I want to travel so I check with the property to see if they have availability for that particular time frame - if the answer is yes, then I bid on the package. ONly use LL concierge if there is a major problem.
Roam if you want to, roam around the world...........

Unfortunately, most of the properties being considered were closed and not responding. It has been tough trying to put this together....Carol has diligently been working on putting this together.....my fingers are still crossed!! Hate to bid if the property is already full!

We finally have our issue resolved. Glad I can finally communicate with the property owner. Sometimes it is frustrating sending emails and not hearing! That is the benefit of using the LL concierge service!
