Dubai Restaurant and Desert Excursion - What's the Best?

Hello LL Community ... My fiance and I will be traveling through and staying inDubai for a few days on our honeymoon in June. We are hoping someone can offer a few recommendations on the best restaurants in the city (I've heard you need to make reservations well in advance) and the best outfitter for a desert excursion.

hi, some recommendations for restaurants are VU at Emirates Towers and for seafood one of the best is Pisces at AlQasr at the Medinat jumeirah complex. If you can afford it or for a special occasion you should try one of the restaurants at The Burj Al Arab - the only 7-star hotel in the world. If your budget can go that far then at least opt for afternoon tea there. It is an amazing hotel. Make sure you take your camera with you. There are lots of excellent restaurants in Dubai. You should go on to the "Dubai forum" of "trip advisor" and put your question to the people on the forum. I guarantee you will be inundated with lots of replies.Hope this helps.
