Hello Everyone,

I have just found this community link a few days ago, and would really like to participate. Unfortunately, Iam not very good on computors. Last night I tried to log onfor about one hour, and was not successful on this community page, but was able to log into the auction page. What's up with that? Was I doing something wrong? Can someone explain the rating system everyone one is talking about...where is it...why are we rating, what does it mean?

When you log in to the main community board, look for the tool bar that has you screen name, the second title to the right is My Profileclick on it and it will take you to another page, click on the tab entitled Preferencesscroll down to Rating Style and tick the choice Normalscroll to the bottom of the page and hit "Save Changes". You will then be able to rate future posting you read from one to five.

two2go....the LL Community is just a little more than two month old. We've enjoyed sharing ideas and questions with a well traveled group of participants and some relatively new adventurers as well. As you will learn, members are from all over the world and are willing to share a wealth of information. Omegaet...Thanks, glad to be hear. One think about this community section is that there are no guidelines available. I believethat there are a few different stages to pass as mentioned on another thread. You go from new user to community member to contributor to regular contributor to trusted contributor, & then? Why haven't they posted all this info somewhere?

two2go...remember, this is a new endeavor for LL, so the guide lines arestill in the formative stages. The "user levels" will likely be addressed in oneof the upcoming evolutions.LL hasalready removed one of the initial restrictions on attaining VIP Contributor status.....so, I guess the answer is keep participating and see what happens next.
