While looking for information on the Albuquerque balloon festival, I came across the following link:

When accessing an area’s list, I discovered that if you click on one of the columns to sort the list, the window will fully open up to show the complete list for the area – not just the 3 to 4 that are initially showing. Just added the balloon festival to our bucket list!

We enjoyed a lavender festival in Provence this past summer and wouldn't mind making it a yearly pilgrimage. We stayed at La Bonne Etape (an LL property) and concluded that it was the perfect Relais & Chateaux property for visiting the area.

When were you there and how was your timing for the lavender? Is late June the best time for the lavender?

I am new to this Forum and I joined because Travel is our passion and this looks like a nice site.
A few years ago we spent time in the Provence and the Lavender was blooming everywhere.
Usually lavender blooms from mid June through mid July . Here is some informatiion for you. Very beautiful. Lavender Fields of Provence, Provencal themes and traditions, by Provence Beyond
