FF points to book hotels/cards on AA

Just received an update from AA. You can now use ff points to book hotels/cars. I checked out the points for some of our trip to Chile. Not bad point requirements and a very nice selection of hotels. Just offers another way to use your points! (Though it does say other fees can be added. I didn't go all the way through a booking to see what the "hidden" costs could be!)

bonniejoy03, I recall the last time I did some evaluations on the use of airlines miles for flights, vs. hotel stays, car rentals, etc., flight won out hands down.

I tend to agree with you that flights vs hotel stays, car rentals, etc. win out every time, but it's nice to have a choice.

I agree, collect and use your flight miles for air tickets.
