First Experience NOT GOOD! Las Vegas - Hilton Classic Suites Collection packages.
This is my first time using this site. I was interested in the Hilton Classic Suites Collection pacakge and made all of the necessary calls to ask about it before I clicked the "Buy Now" link. However, upon confirming with my travel concierge, the package is different than what is being advertised. First Luxury Link states, "1 King, 2 double beds"...after reading the package, you would go to the hotel's website to check the suite size, right? Well I did that and viewed the floor plan. From the floor plans, one could see that either suite has two bedrooms (for 1 King and 2 double beds because it's a two bedroom suite, right?) and I even contacted the hotel directly to confirm, but now the hotel changed it up and said that they do offer a 1 bedroom and a 2 bedroom. The Luxury Link travel concierge says that it's either 1 king bed OR 2 double beds and it's a 1 bedroom suite HOWEVER the package doesn't say "or". That's okay, but then Luxury Link lists that the suites are 1,200 - 1,500 sq ft. A two bedroom Park Avenue suite is 1,200 sq ft. and a 2 bedroom Napa Suite is $1,500 sq ft. however the Luxury Link travel concierge says the offer is only for a 1 bedroom suite BUT a 1 bedroom suite has less sq footage and he said that I would have to pay the hotel per night for the adjoining 2nd bedroom. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE MISREPRESENTATION, MORESO BECAUSE THIS IS MY FIRST EXPERIENCE USING THIS SITE AND IT IS NO GOING GOOD AT ALL. LUXURY LINK IS FALSE ADVERTISING.

evenderek, I read your posting several times and ignored it. Then today, I went back and reread it again and can honestly say I don't understand anything you have written. I can tell you are unhappy, but I can't figure out what is causing this. I haven't voted in your poll because I have no idea what I am being asked.
Sorry you've had your bad experience or misunderstanding or whatever. Maybe you will get to Las Vegas and find some place to stay and then maybe you will get very lucky at a casino and everything will be OK.

it is very obvious that the description on Hilton website is what LL has in it's description--Napa 1500 ft sq or Park Ave 1200 ft sq--regardless of bed sizes--both are 2 BR suites. I don't understand the problem.
Bradio--OP didn't say he actually purchased the package, so there should be no refund nor upgrade at issue. If there is a discrepancy between what is written on LL and verbally claimed from LL CS needs to be clarified before buying. Any written promise at purchase would have to be acknowledged and delivered as offered. Evenderek did the right thing by contacting LL concierge but perhaps there is something missing in the complaint or from the concierge's interpretation."wherever you go, there you are"
