This is my first time using luxury link, and I just won a bid. How do I go about making my reservation after I have paid?

qpwoei2, congratulations on buying your first Luxury Link package. You should have received confirmation from Luxury Link about your purchase. Just contact the hotel where you're going to be staying and make reservations directly through them. Luxury Link doesn't have anything to do with the reservation procedure, but they're very helpful if you have any problems.



Just out of curiosity, what is qpwoei2? What package did you buy?

You should have received a printable e-mail confirmation about your trip. I would contact Luxury Link to tell them that you didn't receive confirmation if you haven't heard from them by Tuesday or Wednesday next week. Their phone number is (888)297-3299 or (310)215-8000. You can also reach them by e-mail. Their customer service is very good.
