found an interesting web site

Hello all,
Quite by accident while searching for Pueblo, Mexico blogs I stumbled upon this website CHOW - Recipes, cooking tips, resources, and stories for people who love food and found it to be very informative. It is food and restaurant related (hence the name chow) and has a lot of good information both US and international destinations. I went onto the Mexico discussion board and found a pretty good review of the Meson Sacristia package that I will be doing in March. On a side note while reading the review, I discovered that the couple that did the Meson Sacristia cooking class package in January 2011 found the package on LL, however, they called the Sacrisita to see if the time they wanted to go was available and the hotel told them it was and if they booked directly with the hotel they would give them the LL price and if they paid $50 more they would get upgraded to the Sacrisitia master suite - needless to say, the couple booked directly with the hotel since they gave them such a good deal. When I was considering this package, I 1st sent the hotel an email and asked about available dates - my dates were good so I then bid and won the package through LL. Once it was booked, I sent another email to the hotel asking about upgrading to their master suite and was given a price that was quite a bit more than $50. Maybe I should have mentioned in my 1st email to Sacrisitia that I was looking at their package on LL and I would have been offered this good deal! Although I have to say I used my LL gift certificate and ended up getting a really good price on this and my other Mexico packages through LL! I have now done 7 LL packages and have to say I have been quite pleased with all of them.
This is a web site that I have bookmarked since it does have good info on restaurants in various locations and has some nice recipies and local market information.
