Re: Get Well Soon - LL-Travelfan
Best wishes for a speedy and uneventful recovery!
And make sure to do your physical therapy -- yes, it's a pain in the bum, but it really makes a big difference in the longterm prognosis of your injury.
Cheers,
Julian

Re: Get Well Soon - LL-Travelfan
hello everybody and thank you all for your good wishes for a speedy recovery. i am touched.
i think i will be out of commission for a little while since i broke my wrist and nose yesterday falling off my bike running into my husbands back tire and taking a spill over my handle bar... and all that at a speed of 2 mph while admireing a beautiful sunset over sarasota bay... outch!!! i will be undergoing wrist surgery for a complicated double fracture tomorrow morning.
mountie, very funny that you should suggest the very graphic tricycle... that was exactly what i said to my husband, that if i kept this falling off my bike up, i would soon need a tricycle.... ha ha ha... not me, not yet anyway!!!!!
well, enough of this pecking with one hand. thanks again for all your get well and speedy recovery wishes.

Re: Get Well Soon - LL-Travelfan
So sorry to hear that LL, especially after all of your excellent biking trip stories! It sounds like after all of your excellent experiences, though, that it won't take you too long to get right back on the bike again once you have healed....take care.

LL-TravelFan, I see a lot of people riding these tricycles when I drive down to my place in Key Largo. This could be more your style.
