I got my 10% email, however, it came on 12/23 and when I read it it says it expires on 12/12 and today I got another email from LL insider for 10% off and it also says it expires on 12/12 - did anyone else notice that - can it still be used?

I did a doubletake tho, because that's what I thought I saw, too.

Interesting, I did not get any 12/23 or 12/27 e-mail from LL concerning the 10% off. However, I found the discount on the LL Home Page under Holiday Savings where it states that it expires 1/2/12 at 11:59PM and to get the discount, we should input HOLIDAY10 discount.

And I did find out we are not able to use the 10% and VIP Certificate.

I looked at the home page again and the date of 1/2/12 did look a little like 12/12 but I think it was the shading of the page.

Try to call Dena or anyone at the Concierge Service to inquire about the discount along with the VIP Certificate. The 10% discount for the Black Friday was allowed with the VIP Certificate. Why would the Holiday Discount with the VIP Certificate be disallowed? Why would LL ago against their best customers?Good Luck!
