HAS ANYONE FLOWN ALLEGIANT AIR?

New to LL as of yesterday. I am checking all different options and looking @ site maps and getting myself oriented.



So this may be a delayed response but just want to say I've flown on Allegiant Air from Bellingham,WA to San Diego, CA. It was the only direct flight. Like already mentioned, no frills but on time and no layover. The only negative is the actual rate after all the taxes and other add ons, you end up paying around 25% more than what's published. We opted to pay for our seats in advance as well as paid extra for bulk head. With the low published rate, we thought it was worth not having to worry whether we'd sit together or not.



For a direct flight, I'd fly with them in a heart beat.

Welcome to LL, hsscoshi. I'm the guy who posted the original Allegiant Air post. Glad to hear that your experience was as good as ours was. Your flight was quite a bit longer than our Eugene to Oakland flight, so I can see why you wanted to reserve your seats. Our cost for Eugene to Oakland roundtrip was a ridiculously low $99 total, which is half or less than half of the major airlines.
