Having FF points credited to your account from another airline....??

I am trying to have my LAN mileage credited to my AA ff account. I did the AA mileage credit request over 1 month ago and have heard nothing. I then emailed AA to follow up and no word in a week. Typically, I have at least received a note saying they are working on it, etc but this time...NOTHING. Has anyone else had this experience? Thanks.

bonniejoy03....my last request for an adjustment with AA took about six or eight weeks for it to appear on my account. I sent the request by both snail and email.

Thanks O! I did send another email that explained that I sent two emails with no comments. I did get an email back within 24 hours! They said they will look into this problem and get back to me within a week or two. At least there was some acknowledgement of the email! Now, I will just wait......
