Has anyone been through the new Terminal in Heathrow in the past week? We have heard horror stories about the delays and the luggage problems! (See the BBS and NPR reports on this) I realize that opening this new terminal is a huge project, but you'd think they would plan for some of these issues, especially the outrageous luggage problems.

Foul-tempered supermodel Naomi Campbell was today arrested after allegedly assaulting a police officer at Heathrow Airport.
The 37-year-old, who is notorious for her violent tantrums, reportedly screamed a torrent of abuse at staff after boarding a flight to LA leaving from the newly opened Terminal 5.
After unleashing a tirade of four-letter expletives, apparently prompted by one of her bags not being put on the plane, police were called to the scene.
In the ensuing melee, witnesses reported the leggy supermodel screaming in fury, spitting, and struggling with police officers.
She eventually had to be removed from the first class cabin in handcuffs, resisting all the way.

no I haven't. but i would really hate it when it happens to me. I did experience problems regarding my luggage before and it really is outrageous. Don't want that happening to me again.
