Hello LL'ers,
I found a great deal at the Alila Ubud on LL however when I contacted the hotel to verify they have availablity on my dates of travel they said they won't be able to confirm ANY LL package because their contract with LL has expired and they are working on a new agreement. However LL still shows the package as both an auction and buy now.
Have any of you experienced this and if so what did you do? The hotel countered with the exact same package but for 50% more than whats on LL.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I would contact LL customer service and see what is going on and would not place a bid until it is cleared up

Agree with DH and would recommend the Royal Pita Maha in Ubud as well. We get immediate confirmation and service from their concierge and LL and the property is topnotch. We are actually supposed to be there now but due to medical situation, the hotel "suspended" our reservation for another time to be determined next year.
