Hi all,

Being a newbie here, I'm not too sure wht to do.. I got my eye on a trip.. Okay, now I want to bid, but I can only take my vacation
in a certain week... If I win the bid, I get confirmation, and then do I call the hotel directly?. - What happens if the hotel is full?, can I get a refund?
Silly questions I know, but your help would be greatly appreciated..

kensing, see if the toll-free telephone number works for the property in which you have an interest. If so, ask them if they have availability for the period in which you have an interest and let them know you will be using a package from Luxury Link, Better to check first before buying something and possibliy not being able to use it. Welcome, Mike. Suggest you take a look at auction rules about non-refundable purchases, etc. Most of us have had excellent response from properties in requesting specific dates before bidding. Good luck!
