omegaet---part of the problem is which company is actually doing the work? Req'd ground staff?? Mainline employees?? These days...questionable, except for the $ responsibility...and then there are the lawyers...and the hotrods...and the supers...

The guy driving the baggage cart just didn't get the message about the TV shot, or he was late and trying to get some bags to the connecting flight. He is probably a union guy and still has his job.
