Beaucoups congrats!! This must be your first?? I nearly fell all over myself the first time I got one--Hotel Hoffmeister (which,by the way is featured today on the home page). This is just a hop, skip and a jump for you to escape, isn't it?

You really got an incredible bargain, considering the dinner and perks and taxes...

Are you skiers, golfers, or spahounds? One of the really nice aspects is the availability calendar on their website--how convenient is that?

Yes, this is my first one and I've bid on it before. So getting it at rock bottom was a thrill. This is only a 3 to 3.5 hr drive for us, so yes it's very convenient.

The availability calendar on their website is fantastic. The package is good until next august, so I don't know when we will use it yet. My husband is difficult about many things when it comes to travel and activities. I'd love to go skiing in VT again, but he won't go away in the winter. We don't golf, so we will use the spa there and do some hiking.

Of course, I will post a detailed review after we go. I'll do the best that I can, but my writing sucks. Some of the bloggers are wonderful writers and I just love reading them. Just don't expect an eloquent piece of writing from me.

Good for you imbues! It's always a thrill when you get a great deal on LL, but nothing beats that first thrill. You will always remember it. Hopefully you will get many more. Enjoy, and post when you get back. I don't know how far it is from Montreal, but it may be a good property for us too.

Thanks two2go, I have my eye on the Montreal property, but it will have to wait. I'm off soon to stay at my brother's condo in Rehoboth, De. It was just competed this spring. I hope to get my husband to go to VT in the late fall, but he might not, so then we'll have to go in the spring. After that I'm planning to go to Italy with my Mother because he won't fly. He won't go away in the inter either.

Hey Bonniejoy, We just got back from there and we loved the quaint little town of Lewes. I didn't care for Ocean City MD, but I'm sure the surrounding area is lovely. I wasn't that impressed with Rehoboth and preferred Bethany's boardwalk. I suppose I liked exploring the small towns best.

I saw the great offer LL had for Rehoboth. It was an incredible price and I was surprised it wasn't a hot property. I'd like to get my husband to the Montreal property next.

Glad you had a good time. This is a perfect time to visit the east coast beach areas. There are so many lovely beach towns. You probably also went through Fenwick Island. Bethany is beautiful because it is more family oriented. There a lot of beautiful shore properties. Rehobeth does have a lot of nice restaurants and shops. Ocean City has gotten crazy. My brother lives down there. He has been outside of OC since 1973. The changes are amazing.
