Maylinglai! posted a review about Her trip to Prospect Plantation. Perhaps if you send her a private message she will come out and play. She is very sweet and has traveled quite a bit.

My group of 8 has been to Prospect for the last 2 years (2006 & 2007). We loved Frangipani (2006) w/Omar & Ms. Elaine. They cannot do enough for you. The place is clean, the service and food incredible. Ms. Elaine's jerk chicken is fabulous (ask for the hottest and it brings tears to your eyes). Omar is a wonderful butler and took great care of us.
In 2007 we decided to switch units. We went to Eight Rivers. Not as good. Butler was nice but inexperienced. The cook and housekeeper take advantage of him. Food was not as good. But on a positive note - they are redoing this unit and the management said it will be improved and better than ever.
We also lucked out and "had to spend" a few days at Frankfort. What a gem!! Chris and the staff are superb. They are the reason - along with Omar - that we will gladly go back to Prospect.
FYI - there is a boat rental company that will come to the units to pick you up for a 3 hour boat ride. Due to inclement weather we had to cancel but this was no problem w/ them and my refund was given immediately.

I also am a huge fan of frangipani. We went on a little walk and took a look at the others. Apparently, Shakira stayed at Eight Rivers. It's been renovated slightly, but when I asked Omar he echoed Lindamono's sentiment that Frangipani is better.
@Lindamono. Totally agree. Our group absolutely love Omar and staff as well. Not that I've had tons fo butlers, but Omar is really quite good, which is important, because by the time you leave Prospect Plantation your mind is lulled into such a relaxed state, that you really do need someone to help you make decisions/call for a car/remind you you're running out of rum/red stripe and that you should have the staff go and pick up more for your group.
You'll have a wonderful time!!
