How about a nice round of applause for Jim Sanchez at the LLs Concierge Desk!

Jim is one of those under the radar professionals who bring an impressive array of credentials and years of experience to the Best Buy packages. He just negotiated a sticky wicket at one of the LL properties and delivered exactly what we needed. Without his assistance, we would have been stuck at a "second class" property for a couple of extra nights.....no way to end a holiday.

Thanks, Jim! Well make a toast in your name when the hotel manager delivers our bottle of champagne.

OK, I give up. What isthe Luxury Link Concierge Desk? I don't see it listed on the web site. Is this something akin to the American Express Centurion Card program?



I have seen the name Jim Sanchez used here in the community, but I thought he handled the Best Buy reservations.

t-2-f, I think Katie answered your Concierge question in another thread. Jim Sanchez just happens to be the individual I used in matching up some special needs (regarding a split schedule) for a Best Buy package we wanted to utilize along with two auction packages we had purchased. I just told Jim what I wanted to accomplish and he took care of everything with the Reservations Manager at the Best Buy property. Jim also helped me with a previously acquired certificate I wanted applied to the Best Buy transaction.



You should investigate what all the Luxury LinkConcierge Desk can handle for you.

Katie already answered this so i apologize for the overkill...

Jim does handle best buy reservations but he also assists with auctions and general travel/reservation questions. His role expanded recently.

Luxury Link Concierge Services is essentially Luxury Link Customer Service/Auction/Reservations rolled into one department. One of the reasons for emphasizing 'concierge services' is to bridge the gap between our consumers and our hotel clients, serving both at a much higher level. We've realized there is a big demand for reservation assistance especially from consumers who are new to LL.

This is nothing like the American express centurion program. We don't issue black cards! and if we did, it would be top secret! LOL

katie and michael, does this mean if we purchase an auction package, we should contact Luxury Link Concierge Service to arrange our stay dates at the property? Does this mean that Jim is the LL Concierge? Or, is there a Concierge Department and Jim is a member of it, if so, who are the names of the other members?



I've only seentwo people actually use AMEX Centurion cards. However, if LL starts a similar program, count me in and I can keep a secret!

If you prefer to arrange dates on your own, no need to call a Luxury Link Concierge.



But if you prefer to haveLL do it, calland speak to Jim or Jackie, our other concierge.

Hello,

I'd also like to put in a compliment for Jim -- he was very helpful when assisting with the logistics of donating a package I bought to a charity auction (arranging for transfer of the package to the charity auction winner, etc). And he's always very pleasant to talk to and work with!
