Another way I have gotten assistance with LL is to use their "Live Chat Now" feature. You can find the link for it by going to the "view details" page on any package. At the bottom right you will see "Need Assistance?" with a list of ways to contact LL. The last one is a link that opens a chat window. Someone from LL will come online with you to assist. It works great!

Hi S....New to me. Thanks for the update on the "Live Chat." I have never used the feature and don't think I had noticed it. Thanks for bringing it to the attention of the LL community! This might be the quickest way to receive a response.
Once again, Jim Sanchez comes through and hooks us so we can tie two packages together and take a short Bleisure trip to the "left" coast in March. Jim always seems to be the "Go To Guy"....too bad Brett didn't have someone like him last night in New Orleans. The Vikings would be in the Super Bowl instead of the Saints! Not that it makes any difference to us....we live here and will be enjoying several of the Pro Bowl and Super Bowl parties (we'll watch the games on TV and skip the crowds and expenses involved with actually attending).
May sound repetitive, but Jim Sanchez is worthy of another huge THANK YOU upcoming through again "big time" in helping us coordinate an upcoming trip to Peru.
Unfortunately, working with airline FF award tickets often means changing travel schedules and Jim certainly worked his magic with the properties in Peru to adjust to these changes.
Also the reservations staff at both Aranwa Hotels and Andean Experience were very responsive to Jim's requests and our needs. It is somewhat remarkable to be able to use a combination of emails, twitter "tweets" and foreign toll-free telephone lines to cobble all of the pieces together.
The people at Andean Experience (which is a full service certified travel agency in Lima) were also impressive in their work with LAN on the domestic flights and ground transportation.
So, Jim, once again, you've managed to underscore Luxury in the Luxury Link experience.
***As a possible point of interest, if you are thinking about going to themost popular destinations in Peru....looks like the country's efforts to revitalize tourism after the recent flooding and destruction in the valley approach to Aguas Calientes and Machu Picchu is working. The earlier you can book, the better your chances of getting the dates you want.

How about a nice round of applause for Jim Sanchez at the LLs Concierge Desk!
Jim is one of those under the radar professionals who bring an impressive array of credentials and years of experience to the Best Buy packages. He just negotiated a sticky wicket at one of the LL properties and delivered exactly what we needed. Without his assistance, we would have been stuck at a "second class" property for a couple of extra nights.....no way to end a holiday.
Thanks, Jim! Well make a toast in your name when the hotel manager delivers our bottle of champagne.
Guess there have been some changes in personnel recently, but good to know my friend, Jim Sanchez, is still working on my behalf. Love you, Jim!
