Kudos to LL customer service!

There has been a few threads lately about LL customer service being poor so I thought I would post the opposite. I just want to thank LuxuryLink and the resorts for the 2 packages I purchased to Costa Rica - the customer service from LL and both resorts has been outstanding! Emails answered quickly, help in getting the dates I wanted and even an extra little bonus from LL - so thanks so much and keep up the great work and keep those awesome packages coming!

Yes I did and Xandari offered me some good deals if I want to upgrade to larger villa, etc - still deciding if we want to do this for just a 1 night and then 2 night stay. Both Xandari and Cr expeditions have been very responsive to emails and offered me some extra deals - looking forward to the trip and writing my next series of reviews
