It's too evrything for me!
Thanks for the tip on the O package deal. I'll definitely keep that in mind if and when I return to Sin City. I'm truly disappointed that I didn't get to see Phantom in Vegas. I hope it returns somewhere so I can get a shot the second time around.
Never been to Vegas and no plans to go, although I just said indifferent. May want to go sometime just to see what it looks like but probably could not stand more than 2 nights there ;-)
For a first time visit, I would suggest an off season, weekday trip. You would have better chances of actually enjoying LV!Quote:
...but really, three times in one year is too much...we did go in september...

buffets--i can't ever feel like i get my money's worth
...water was the theme...we stayed at the bellagio...we dined at picasso on the terrace--a freak gust of wind blew the gushing fountains towards us--luckily, we hadn't been served yet ...i was at the gallery for the monet exhibit when all of a sudden, the lights started flickering--i headed straight for the exit and water was coming down the ticket desk...it seems there had been a flash flood/heavy thunderstorm...i'm not sure how i made it to the airport afterwards--water levels were up to people's knees in parts of the strip...
...it was a nice little break for the first two days, but we were ready to be home by the last two...

Didn't have the croissants at Jean Phillippe, but my wife made sure that I took her there for something ridiculously chocolatey for dessert one evening. I had the chocolate croissants for breakfast at Bouchon (Thomas Keller's place) two mornings when I was in Vegas in September.
