I have to cast a split vote.
Dena has been a fabulous resource this year at nailing down details for us.
Jim is always a solid 'go-to' guy for bookings and is especially handy to have around when things fall apart and you are faced with righting the boat!
I'm going to cast my vote for Jim Sanchez. He has helped me so much with my upcoming trip to Peru. I just hope American continues to flying for another few days.Quote:

No, thepiranha I don't think you missed an e-mail. I think this thread was started spontaneously by jsattapr2.
I can't vote for either one since I have not really had to use a LL employee for anything other than to confirm dates. I buy the package, put my dates in and if I want to split nights I do it directly with the hotel and never had any problems that I really needed to contact a LL person for. I don't even really know these names at all!
