I can't vote for either one since I have not really had to use a LL employee for anything other than to confirm dates. I buy the package, put my dates in and if I want to split nights I do it directly with the hotel and never had any problems that I really needed to contact a LL person for. I don't even really know these names at all!
You have to be the 'perfect profile' customer for Luxury Link. Guess some of the rest of us are simply 'high maintenance' travelers! If you should need assistance, Dena and Jim are always there to help.
