Wonderful that LL picked up on this suggestion of the Commnunity. My vote is still for Dena who just now greatly helped me through all the LLCYBER10 promotion sanfus.

I've had great customer service from everyone at Luxury Link, but since most of my contact has been with Jim, Dena and Katie, they all get my vote.
