"MEAN"???? hmmmmm....What the heck does the concept of "mean" have to do with airline ratings that include:
"common complaint areas were factored in -- including on-time arrival, mishandled baggage, delays and involuntary denied boardings." Lindsay Lohan Airlines?
Then again, it's the well-respected source of yahoo.com--kinda right up there with MCPaper, USA Today.Always amusing.
