Happy New Year to all of the community members and LL staff. I am finally down here in the Key Largo, FL and letting the sun steam off some of the ice and snow I encountered before leaving the north lands.

Speaking of the New Year, how do all of you celebrate? Do you stay home and celebrate with friends or do you go out and about and really celebrate in a more traditional fashion? Are all of you staying home or or you traveling to a holiday destination?
Wonder how the LL staff celebrates? Do you supposed they stay at the office and run special auctions into the wee hours?

I'm off to Lyon, France tomorrow for another airline layover. 48 hrs to enjoy a city I've never visited; using a few tips from tripadvisor contributors. Since we expect museums and similar are closed, we'll stroll and walk and explore...

I'll be attending the traditional New Year's Eve party atour club here in Key Largo, FL. This is wonderful weather and I love the time in the sun and water. My boatcame out of dry storage as soon as I arrived and I have spent every hour possible fishing and diving. The Atlantic is still very warm for this time of year.
kyshel, enjoy your time in Lyon, especially the weather (probably in the 30s with rain and snow), and I'll suffer in the 90s with margaritas!
Happy New Year, everyone.
