The Next Luxury Link VIP Event

Yes, only time will tell if a VIP Special Event ever takes place in 2008. In any case, I think the good folks at the LL helm know full well, through the many posts on these 17 Boards or more just how many of the VIPs feel about the matter. I for one, would love to see one come about, as it would be a wonderful opportunity for us VIPs to meet each other face-to-face and also get to know the staff at LL, whom we've only dealt with via E-mail or phone so far. Now that you are back in Paris, there's a good chance for some of us VIPs to have our own little get-together in the City of Light since I'll be visiting there with my wife this May and one or more of our fellow VIPs may also travel to the French capital before you return to the States later this year. As they say, good things come in small packages, eh!

curt and omegaet, after reading the posts in this thread, I am surprised thequestions regarding the next Luxury Link VIP Event have not been directly addressed by an officer or staff member. I wonder why the reference, under VIP Status,continues to be displayed regarding he upcoming event in New York, if their intentions have changed? Certainly, their advertising clients must have the same questionsregarding the event.

Hey you oldtimers, remember when we used to speculate about when the next Luxury Link VIP Event would be staged and what location would be selected?

Time passes and we don't really talk about it any more.

Just running through some of these older threads and couldn't help but put this one back up for fun. Wow, just look at the names of those who are no longer active in our community.

We don't talk about the promised Luxury Link VIP Event anymore because it is dead. Too many changes have happened at LL Headquarters since this original promise. There are few people of the original LL management left. Some of the changes have angered some of the original contributors and they went on to different things. I think we can forget about a LL VIP Event. At best, I think, LL ought to remove the thread.

Hi J...I am still working on my Slide Show of all my LL trips! I plan to present it at our VIP event. Hopefully we will have it on Necker Island only if the island is up and running by the date....
