Just forclarification, I am now a member of Luxury Links Technical Team (now working behind the scenes to improve the site features and your overall experience using the website!)
It has been my pleasure serving you in Customer Service.
The new Customer ServiceManager is Sharon Asher, who is available to serve you from 8a 5p PDT Mondaythrough Friday (Luxury Link is closed on weekends.)
I've worked with her previously and can assure you that Sharon is a seasoned professional.
