Hello ~ Our package to a resort in Mexico includes a 4-day rental car. Does anyone know how I go about getting this "free" rental car. Don't I need to show up with a voucher at the car rental place at the airport? Any advice? Thanks, Nikki

Hi, Nikki!! Is that for Hacienda Tres Rios by any chance?
If so, we have been 3 times and I can assist in that and more info if you'd like.
If it is another resort, just contact the concierge there to arrange it. They will likely transfer you to that company, which leases space at the resort. Some car rentals are only available at the resort, some are at the airport. Contact the hotel.

Xavier is the best concierge there. I hope you will enjoy it as much as we have on past trips. We plan to return this spring. The Chef, Oskar, is exceptional!! Have a tamarind margarita for me, please!!
