Photo Galleries

Is anybody else having problems posting on the photo galleries? I have some great travel photos that I'd like to post but they're too big. Can we post only low resolution photos? I contacted Luxury Link but they've been no help at all.

I have problems as well. Would love to post my terrific travel photos, but can't figure out how to do it.

What I want to know is....why do the photo galleries disappear? I don't think there is an expiration date for them. If I take the time to upload them, it's disappointing when they disappear from the public's view, even tho they are marked "public" and not "private.

You can only post low res photos - I have to go into a program like Phot Bucker or Flickr and "shrink" them, then save them on my computer and then I can finally post them on here. Starting to be too much trouble to post more!

Come on Denise, don't give in so easily. You and the hubby are starting to visit some interesting places and we still want to see the photos.

I know and we (I) will post the photos when I get time. I have been trying to get the hubby to organize his photos - he has thousands! He has some really good ones and I want to post them on some sites that buy photos - stock photo sites - this is an up and coming way to make a few extra bucks. He alreaady has had a few posted on CNNs travel web and I keep telling him that he should try and make some $ from some of them!

Denise, curb your enthusiasm [that would be a good title for a show on HBO], you don't need to post thousands of photos of your trips. A few here and there will be fine.

I'm technologically challenged enough without having to shrink or compress or whatever to my photos.

I just tried to post photos from a South Africa trip and also a Luxury Link trip in Tucson, but it wasn't possible because the size of each photo was too large. I'm not sure what to do to make it work.
