If you are planning or just thinking about a trip to Latin America and LL does not quite have all the destinations you are looking for -here is a web site that I have used quite successfully in the past few years to add on destinations to a LL package. They also have reasonable airfares and very helpful customer service staff.

bonniejoy03...when you check this thread, it would be interesting for you to compare your recent trip to Chile using the LL Awasi package and see how it compares price wise.....I noticed their domestic airline of choice in Chile is SKY rather than LAN.

Our price was too amazing to be true. We also received air from Awasi directly so we paid about 20% of the regular fare!!! We were soooooo happy. It is funny to talk to a few of the others (other than the VIP) and they made comments on their price. By far, LL was the best deal!!

I have used the Latin Destinations page for stuff to Mexico and Peru and both times were fine - they do offer some of the same hotels as LL but LL has the better rates and perks for the luxury hotels. I used them for our Merida trip - before LL got a hotel in Merida and I also used them for a Peru trip when LL did not have the Orient Express package or any others listed at that time

They were giving a concert in Santiago during our visit! The family took a holiday at Awasi before the concert....No mas.....

Thanks again for the tip. I was playing around with El Salvador and Nicaragua travel...fun!
