Please Help - Having trouble making reservation at Coco Palm Bodu Hithi

Hello all,



I am writing in b/c I am having trouble making a reservation with the Coco Palm the auction I wonback on April 17 and luxury link sent me a confirmation with a contact person. I tried to contact this person by calling over seas b/c their 1-800 # they give on the site doesn't allow you to make reservation and they tell you to call their main office. So, I did this and she was not there and was out to lunch. I then ask the guy to make my reservation and he said that they had rooms and that I will need to email them my reservation and flight information to confirm. Well, I thought that the email address that was on my confirmation sheet was the email, so I email them my dates and times and then ask them if I needed to give them a confirmation flight itinerary b/c I rather not purchase and then they come back with they don't have the rooms. I couldnt ask these questions to the guy b/c of a language barrier and the phone was distorted or something and we could barely hear each other.



I ask these questions on that email and their website email. I also just tried to confirm it through their website reservation request form and still have not received any response back. If anyone out there can help me out on this matter I would gladly appreciate it. I am new to this whole thing and I don't want to get ripped off by either Luxury Link or the hotel.

Hi Tommy. It sounds like you did everything correct and did due diligence. Please now contact customer service at Luxury Link through their toll free number. You have documented your part, bring them in to help. They will be able to clear this up.



PS- It sounds like a great destination!

Hi! I am having the same problem with a reservation in Victoria, BC! I cannot get any availability for the time-frame of the package and Luxury Link will not respond to my e-mails. I also checked availabitiliy prior to bidding...now I'm going to be out $800.

As bonniejoy03 suggested, your best bet is to contact the toll free number for LL and ask for Nancy Taylor in Customer Service. She is terrific and has helped many to clear up problems. Hope your problems get resolved quickly. Good Luck.

unfortunately LL cust svc hours are not helpful. they are not open 24 hours or even on weekends...which is QUITE inconvenient.
