Poor Communication from Zamani Zanzibar Kempinski
I won an auction for 5 nights here but,to be honest,their email communication has been awful.
I had to wait two weeks for a reply before Xmas and have now waited 3 weeks for another reply.
If this is indicative of their service,I'm close to cancelling.CAN I CANCEL A BOOKING and get a refund?

While customer service at a specific destination may not be very good, the people at Luxury Link are extremely good at working things out. I would call them first thing on Monday and tell them what's going on with your purchase. Good luck.

Just to make you fee alittle better...this happened twice to me. In the first case, LL worked with me and contacted the property. Communication was still spotty. I found out later, they were changing management. That was the cause of the 1st problem. On the 2nd case, I had spotty communication again. I was still persistent without contacting LL. This time, I FINALLY got through and guess what...another mgt. change! I was so relieved to speak with the new mgr. She was absolutely so accommodating and apologized on behalf of the resort. So, with all of this said, please contact LL, tell them what you expect (maybe communication within 48 hours) and ask for their assistance. Good luck.
