In Praise of LL Concierges

Once again, I commend LL Concierges for exceptional service. Due to medical issues, I've had to scramble on some purchases--one auction and one buy now pkg. I won't go into detail about what they "fixed" for me, but it was an excellent solution. I was overwhelmed by Dena's kindness and ability to
make this work logically. I was so moved, I got choked up.

I am also currently working with Jim Sanchez, Mgr of Buy Now and trust he will deliver, as always.

Thank you LL for hiring such caring, attentive, skilled Concierges.

I agree, although I havent purchsed that many packages.. I've had nothing but good experiences. Bravo! I love great customer service!!

Agree 100%.

The Concierge Team has been especially helpful in fitting the pieces together when we have purchased multiple packages and/or cobbled together packages for extended holidays.

More than once, we have encountered difficulties with flight plans and the team has assisted us with last minute changes.

Bravo to all of these 'behind the scenes' professional.

I agree 100%. I've noticed a few people who have complained about the service they received from Luxury Link, but I'm sure they were anomalies. I've been extremely satisfied with customer service.
