Your phrasing of the cut Referral Bonus is quite unclear. Are you now saying the Referral Bonus, VIP Certificates, and PROMO CODES can now be COMBINED? At one point we could combine VIP Certificates and Promo Codes. It would, of course, be wonderful if this were the case, since your VIP members are LL"s most loyal customers.

Please clarify!

No point suggesting this action, since I am quite sure, LL will think of this all by themselves. I just hope they will leave us the $250 VIP Gift Certificates a while longer!

The referral credits are AUTOMATIC. They are deducted by LL system when you make a purchase.
I read TBen's line as the combination of all those benefits is what LL is offering to loyal customers.
I'm glad my early referrals will yield the original $100--that's nice!
