A few US airllines could use someone like Sir Richard - many of the overseas airlines still have pretty good customer service, nice planes, still give you food, etc. while the US airlines continue to slide into one big customer nightmare. I know some of the overseas airlines may have lower expenses, etc. than the US ones, however, it is not an excuse to treat the paying customer like s***

I can assure you, if Virgin Atlantic had decided to use a likeness of Sir Richard's butt instead of his face, I would have to pass on the drinks, even if they were free. Just my opinion.
