He has nice taste! He also has Necker Island to rent! He plans to develop Mosquito Island but not sure where that stands.

He certainly has nice taste! We have seen the Chalet Zermatt Peak while we were in Zermatt last August. The Chalet sits high up right at the exit of the Zermatt Village with an impeccable view of the Matterhorn.
