Hello!
My fiance and I are looking at some honeymoon deals to bora bora..however, the packages
that are offered only have 4 nights and we would like to stay longer.
Can we extend our stay using LL or do we have to pay out of our own pocket to stay longer?
Also- we have been doing our research and saw that most of the deals to bora bora
stop by Tahiti since there seems to be no direct flight to bora bora.
We've never been to bora bora- if someone could help us and let us know how to get to
bora bora and inform us with things we would need to know before purchasing any packages
that would be great!
Also- we have been looking into fiji as well. Could someone let us know which location they
think is better for a honeymoon? I just want really clear water on the beaches and a nice spa.
Thanks!!
Ps. My fiance a bit skeptical about this site- could someone please let us know this is legit!! Thanks!

Re: Staying Longer than the days in the honeymoon packages to bora bora
Hi H and Congratulations early! I will try to help with some ideas. First, you can use two LL packages back to back...you just have to bid and win the bid on each if it is an auction...if it is a best buy, you would be fine. Call the property using the toll free number to confirm this is ok with them. Also, call the property to confirm your dates. If you don't want to use the whole package, you would need to buy extra days. One suggest is to call LL directly for the few extra days that you would need. Call and ask for Jim or Kyla. They can possibly give you an idea of the cost of extra days. Just try to get your information in writing or email because this is a special time and you don't want any issues.
I have used LL for trips to Mustique, Guatemala, Washington DC, Costa Rica, Nicaragua, Belize, etc. I have been a completed satisfied client. Also, you might see references to LL in various travel magazines such as Smart Money, Conde Nast Traveller, etc.

I have yet to make it to Fiji (Bali was our last vacation) but I did some research on the Beqa Lagoon Resort LL offer. They have some great rates and inclusions (meals, etc)
Tripadvisor.com is a good source for additional information on the South Pacific and reviews of properties throughout the islands."wherever you go, there you are"

Re: Staying Longer than the days in the honeymoon packages to bora bora
Hello heriekang,
First of all... a big YES, that this site is legit! Most of the people commenting under the community section are seasoned travellers and have purchased serveral/many luxury link packages. As for your questions, I'm not familiar with Fiji/Tahiti/Bora Boraas I have never been there - mainly because several friends/family members have, and the one thing they said is that, despite the beauty, it is not too easy to swim there (sharp coral rather than soft sand in the ocean)... and the food isn't all that great. This could be totally wrong, but I would definitely suggest doing research on these two issues.
The cool thing about Luxury Link is that they have the direct link to the property, so you can see everything you want to about the property itself, what deals the property is offering (if you want to extend your time)... and most importantly, contact the property directly to see if they will accept the package EXACTLY for the time you want. Sometimes with smaller properties, they will only acceptthe LL package at certain times, and this might not work if this is your honeymoon.Just call the property, tell them you are bidding on a LL package that, if you win, you would like touse it foryour specific dates and ask them if that will work. Also let them know it is your honeymoon! You never know what they might throw in!
Good luck and congratulations on your pending wedding!
