Hello

I am thinking of bidding on an auction and have a question please. If I win an auction... am I able tobook on the exact dates I choose if it is with in the time period stated in the auction?

Carol croom. Good question. First, I recommend you get in touch with the property BEFORE you bid. The property can give you an idea if the time is available. If it isn't available, don't bid. After you bid and if you win, you need to work with the property to firm dates. That is why it is best to talk with the property prior to bidding. Please be careful if you have exact dates. Even if it falls within the time frame specified by the auction, the property itself might be booked. Good luck!
