Super Bowl Party?

Are you hosting……or going to a Super Bowl Party this weekend??

If so, you might get a kick out of some of these Super Bowl rules and facts. Number 9 cracked me up, and I must admit I'm still confused!

And being from Columbus, I got a kick out of # 14 too.

Ravens? Or 49ers? Who is going to win?

I don't care; I love the commercials!

Reluctantly, we will attend a neighbor's outdoor/poolside Super Bowl Party (an annual social commitment I abhor)....meanwhile, the game will be recorded at home...not to watch the game again....I'll fast forward through the game Monday evening and watch the commercials.

I know all too well, the people who will be attending the party and I know someone who will comment in wonderment: why is the same man coaching both teams? (see #20)

O, is it the social event or the game that you abhor? As always, I've been looking forward to the game for the past two weeks.

I hope that the Ravens win because 1) I'm an AFC fan, 2), a friend of mine plays on the Ravens, 3) the 49ers have won five Super Bowls. My Steelers have won six. Since 5 + 1 = 6, the 49ers will be tied with the Steelers if they win this won. GO RAVENS!!!

As a long-suffering Raider fan, I'm predisposed to dislike the 49ers, plus my best friend's father hails from Baltimore and would be overjoyed by another Ravens' Super Bowl win. So I'm rooting for the Ravens, for Jake's sake...

I had to think about that for a minute. The Harbaugh brother do look so similar.

Amazing how the NFL has taken a football game and turned it into a national holiday.

I'm sitting here in very, very cold temps watching snow accumulate on my deck.

Somehow, attending a Super Bowl Party at an outdoor swimming pool in Florida doesn't evoke abhorent feelings in me.

Love the Superbowl, but I am about to get up in the middle of the night to watch it. We are currently in Europe and are still pretty jet-lagged.

Big Super Bowl Parties here in Central PA . Some of this is Ravens Country (except for the Eagles and Steelers fans!) Its snowy. The scenes coming out of Baltimore are fantastic. Lots of partying in that city!
