That's really weird. Notice that the diners are belted into their seats. Hardly a comfortable way to eat. Although the views are probably spectacular, I'm not crazy about heights and I certainly wouldn't pay an exorbitant amount of money for the privilege of being scared to death while trying to enjoy my dinner.

Once I got into their website I found some fo the world's most famous chefs are also available to perform center-of-table!! Their list is quite impressive, as well as the cities where they've held parties--suspended over the Danube in Budapest!! Over the Seine in Paris! The one in Istanbul is pretty awesome-looking!
I just prefer my skyward meals at 35,000 feet, pressurized cabin, no worry about a dropped fork or how fast to get to the lav!"wherever you go, there you are"

Re: Taking Dining to New Heights!
What will they come up with next? Famous chefs and fantastique views, are the prices as astronomical as well? In any case you you better not have any hight issues.... I think I'll pass this one up and have dinner at a famous chef's restaurant on the ground instead...

I totally agree. What happens when you have to use the restroom?

Apparently the hire is for minimum 8 hours, so they raise and lower periodically say, if you have a group to entertain for lunch, then a different one gets strapped in for dinner. I would doubt the frequency would suit everyone, tho!
