Any insight on this new resort?

it's a member of the Destination Hotels Resort collection.

located in Palos Verdes, an affluent suburb in los angeles

former home of Marine Land, a sea world type amusement park before shutting down in 1990

has not opened yet, sometime in june or july.

their packages have been selling like hot cakes since going live in January.
